About 5 years ago, I started running. I did not have any formal training, it was just something that I wanted to try out. Three weeks into running, I was sidelined with an knee injury. After recovering and going through months of physical therapy, I returned to running and started training for a half marathon. Shortly after completing my half marathon, I found myself in the same situation - injured yet again. I went back to physical therapy and the cycle just continued for over a year. I almost gave up on my goals because I was so discouraged. I had these performance goals but I did not know how to properly train to prevent injuries. This lead to me seeking out professional advice and taking a deep dive into fitness and training to learn and be able to help others.

Fast forward to now, I am a certified personal trainer who trains in the gym as much as on the track. I have been able to meet and exceed my performance goals AND have been injury free!

I want to be able to help everyone (not just performance athletes) reach their personal fitness goals so everyone can experience the joy that comes with feeling the absolute best AND crush your goals injury free. I also understand how busy life gets and want to be able to offer my clients services that fit into their busy lives.

Everyone’s lives are crazy busy from the performance athlete to the stay at home mom to the traveling business executive. This is why I offer online video meet training as well as online workout provided to my clients who many not have the time to always meet with me in person.
